I scale organisations
without the theatrics.

Fifteen years across product, design and product marketing. Two product functions I built were acquired. I run a £150m HR and payroll portfolio at Sage. I write, I speak, and I still do the job.

Record

2Businesses acquired where I built the product function.

4–22%Free-to-paid conversion on the small-business package.

How I run it

I scale product organisations without scaling the theatre. The operating model that worked at ten people becomes the tax at a hundred. Process multiplies, ceremonies harden, and the craft gets buried under a system nobody can point at a customer.

The work is the opposite of that. Hire for mindset. Keep discovery continuous. Prototype until opinions become evidence. Hold the result to a number the roadmap cannot argue with.

Two product functions I built were acquired. The rest of the proof is the career, the writing, and the stages — not one talk.
